We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the trading models after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new framework. Proprietary Research & Static Models

Usage Rights
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and interact with the data for personal research. Commercial redistribution of our models is strictly prohibited without written consent.
Restrictions
Reverse engineering, data scraping, or the use of automated bots to extract our predictive research is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate access termination.
Risk Acknowledgment & Disclaimer

Operational Continuity
We strive for maximum uptime of our Analytics Lab, however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, server updates, and external network conditions may temporarily suspend service.
Governing Law
These terms and your use of ManilaMode.digital are governed by the laws applicable in Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Ho Chi Minh City.
